These I glide eye pencils from Colorbar are of great quality. The shade range they have is amazing too. The packaging of the pencil is just like any other eye pencil which has to be sharpened and comes with a cap. The texture of these eye pencils are super creamy and the gives a gel finish which looks so pretty. 😍
The shades that I have for today’s review are black out and flirty turquoise.
Black out- This is jet black colour. It is a deep black colour and it is very intense, you will be able to see in the swatches. The color payoff is great, super creamy and sets to a gel finish. This does not budge at all. I love it!!
Flirty turquoise- Though the shade name says it’s a turquoise it is not so, we all know what a turquoise colour is. This shade is more of teal colour which looks so pretty on Indian skintones. It is such a rich shade and the pigmentation is great. The finish this that of any gel liner and does not budge too. Another love!
I really like the quality of these eye pencils. The pricing is reasonable too just as any other gel liner in the market. You get a variety of atleast 20 shades in this range. The pigmentation is great, texture is super creamy and sets to a gel finish that does not budge at all. Since these are creamy, they can be used as an eyeshadow too as they are easily blendable. The only reason why I don’t prefer pencil packaging is that it leads to product wastage and time consuming too. I like retractable pen type liners better and it’s very convenient to use too. I so wish they change the packaging of these pencils. I prefer to store these pencils in the freezer as these are super creamy and almost melts in our sveltering summer heat. That way it’s easy to sharpen, you don’t lose a lot of product and you can easily draw a precise line. These are great for upper and lower lashline line and as an eyeshadow too. My other favourite shades in this range are cocoa bar, coal mine, amethyst spark and jaded. I so wish to collect all these colors too! Do check them out! 😘
