About the product:

Directions for use:

Pour a small amount onto the palm of your hand, moisten with water and then apply with a gentle massage. Rinse well.

The product is a clear, runny gel which lathers well.

My thoughts:

To start with, I’ve had very bad experience with Johnson & Johnson products when I was using them for my son. So this time around I was very cautious in choosing a brand for my daughter which would not irritate her tender skin. I was also on the look out for products which are not too expensive as we have to use them everyday and also that which is easily available in the market. That’s when I decided on the brand Chicco. Chicco is an Italian brand which is pretty much available in most of the baby stores these days.

This product is both body wash and shampoo. It makes life easy (I mean giving your baby a bath easy😜) as you don’t have to use two different products. It contains oat extracts, it’s free from parabens and hypoallergenic too. It lathers really well. I’m using this product on my baby from day 1 and it has never irritated her skin. There is not much fragrance in this product, which I like. I personally feel that baby products should not be so fragranceful. Babies naturally have a beautiful smell. But my family thinks otherwise, anyways thats a personal preference I guess. This is a great bodywash for newborns which doesn’t irritate or dry out baby’s skin and is very gentle on their eyes too.
